Certain Defined Terms

• "You", "you", or "Buyer": A Customer that applies to, or registers to buy and use, or buys and uses, the Service or Product to make Payment Transactions.
• Customer: A person that registers with the Service or submit Product order and a Buyer.
• "I", "we", "us", "our", "Seller": A Person that uses the Web Service to process Payment Transactions from Buyers.
• Payment Instrument: The credit card or debit card that is registered by a Customer with the Service to facilitate the processing of Payment Transactions. The Payment Instrument must be associated with a billing address in a country where the Service is made available.
• Payment Transaction: The processing of a payment through the Service that results in the debiting or changing of the Purchase Amount to a Buyer’s payment Instrument and the crediting of funds to a Seller.
• Product: Any item, merchandise, good or service that is listed for sale that a Buyer may pay for using the Product or Service.
• Purchase Amount: The dollar amount of a Payment Transaction to pay for a Product, and any related fees, taxes or shipping charges, as applicable.

Purchase Product

• Product sold is not refundable, only eligible for replacement under our Replacement Policy upon 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Shipping fees is not included in the price displayed and it is to be borne by buyers.
• Buyers are required to make full payment within 1 week upon purchasing order submitted otherwise order reservations will be cancelled.
• Items will be delivered out within 3 working days after payment received.
• Upon placing orders with us, you are agreeing to our Policy and Terms & Conditions.
